  • Can I bring a guest/date?
    Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
  • Are kids or babies allowed?
    In order to allow parents a well-deserved evening off, we have chosen for our wedding ceremony and reception to be an adult-only occasion. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!
  • What is the dress code?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: Dress to impress in your best formal attire. We kindly ask that gentlemen wear a tuxedos and bow ties, and ladies wear floor-length gowns. Please no jeans/denim and ladies should avoid wearing any shades of white, cream, or ivory. Check out our 'Dress code' page for some inspiration! Welcome tea ceremony: We look forward to seeing you in your cocktail attire. We kindly ask that gentlemen wear a suit or blazer with a button down shirt, no tie and ladies wear a knee or midi length dress, snazzy jumpsuits or elegant separates. A traditional áo dài* is encouraged, but not necessary. Please avoid wearing red. Check out our 'Dress code' page for some inspiration! Wedding day 5k: Whatever you feel comfortable in! We encourage athleisure-wear and sneakers.
  • Do you have a registry?

  • When is the RSVP deadline?
    RSVP's will be available once formal invitations are sent, but would like RSVP's by September 8th, 2025. You can RSVP within the following link: https://withjoy.com/liana-and-christopher/rsvp
  • Do you have a hotel room block?
    For your convenience, a block of rooms have been reserved at a special rate at the following hotels.   • Will transportation be provided?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: More information will be provided at a later date. Welcome tea ceremony: More information will be provided at a later date. Wedding day 5k: No transportation will be provided for this event.
  • Will there be parking?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: There is complimentary valet parking at Glen Foerd. We encourage guests staying in downtown Philadelphia to either leverage the complimentary shuttle we are providing from the Sofitel Rittenhouse Square and Kimpton Palomar, or to utilize your preferred ride-share app. Welcome tea ceremony: There is limited parking in the German Society of Pennsylvania's lot, and limited street parking on Spring Garden Street. We encourage guests to utilize your preferred ride-share app. Wedding day 5k: The race and walk will begin at Sofitel Rittenhouse Square. Limited street parking is available, or you can pay to valet your car at the Sofitel Rittenhouse Square or a nearby parking garage. After party: Limited street parking is available. You can also valet your car at the Kimpton Palomar, or park at a nearby parking garage.
  • What do I do if I can't make it?
    You will be missed dearly! If you can not make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
  • Will there be an open bar?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: Yes, drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Welcome tea ceremony: Yes, beer and wine will be served during this event. Wedding day 5k: No alcohol will be served at this event. After party: No, this event will be a cash bar.
  • Will anything be outdoors?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be a mixture of both! If rain should occur, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors. Welcome tea ceremony: Indoors only. Wedding day 5k: Outdoors only. This is a rain or shine event! After party: Indoors only.
  • Can I take pictures?
    Wedding ceremony/reception: We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to their job seamlessly. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us! Welcome tea ceremony: We encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like! Wedding day 5k: We encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like! After party: We encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like!

  • What will the weather be like?
    Philadelphia weather can be unpredictable in November, ranging from mid 70's to high 30's. Please be sure to check your preferred weather app for the weather outlook prior to your travels.
